Ebony & Ivory, living together in perfect harmony...

There's a new sketch up at the Frantic Stamper blog!

After the challenge of the single layered cards,
was I excited to see that the newest card sketch had LAYERS!!!

(Chuckles!!!)

Here's the sketch...
And, here's my take!

The main image is another stamp from this set over at Frantic Stamper,
the center border is an Invoke Arts stamp.
Both stamps are embossed.
The background paper is Canvass Corp, Black & Ivory Ribbon Stripe.
The flip side of the stripe is an ivory colored solid, so I used the same sheet for all of the parts
except the solid black underneath the dress mannequin.

For this second card, I typed the Thank You text in Word,
and layered it on a legal size folded card.
The center border is Smash Tape
the butterfly wing is Stampa Rosa,
embossed and mounted on another piece of black cardstock.

I hope you get inspired!!!

Clever idea with retyping thank you and printing...love the look of that. Those butterfly wings are really cool too.

I love the clean look of both of these...beautiful, layered, detailed, goodness!

Love the cards! I'm always drawn to things that are black and white. Great job!
