Karen came to visit!!! (yep, the friend who's pictures I have not and who was not amenable to letting me take more, altho' I did take a lot of self-portraits! : .)We spent Friday at the beach.
We also went to Starbucks, read books, watched movies, ate cake (it was her b-day recently after all!), went to a little local Etsy artists craft faire, talked, talked, talked, & talked!
